2. Where are you located?
We are based in Muskoka, Ontario, but we ship our products across Canada.
3. Who can purchase from Twisted Leaf Gardens?
To purchase from us, you must be a Canadian resident aged 19 or older (21 or older for residents of Quebec).
Ordering & Shipping
4. How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our online store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Interac e-Transfers as our primary payment method.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business days after receiving payment, and shipping times vary depending on your location in Canada. Generally, you can expect delivery within 1-5 business days after your order is processed.
7. Is shipping discreet?
Yes, all orders are packaged discreetly with no external labels or branding to ensure your privacy.
8. I paid for my order but haven’t received a tracking number. If you made your payment before 10AM EST on a Business Day, tracking numbers are typically issued the same day. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you don’t see the email with your tracking details.
9. Can I request a signature for my package? Yes, if you would like a signature required upon delivery, please mention it in the order notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer a variety of cannabis products, including flower.
11. Do you use sustainable growing methods?
Absolutely. As a craft grower, we use sustainable practices to cultivate our cannabis. Our process is free from machine trimming, plant growth regulators (PGRs), harmful pesticides or heavy metals, and toxic chemicals. Additionally, we never use any artificial terpenes, flavorings, or colorings whatsoever. This ensures a superior product that’s both environmentally friendly and safe for consumption.

12. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@twistedleafgardens.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

13. Is it legal to buy cannabis online in Canada?
Yes, buying cannabis online is legal in Canada for adults aged 19 and older. Twisted Leaf Gardens operates in compliance with Canadian cannabis laws.
14. Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, we only ship within Canada. International shipping of cannabis products is strictly prohibited.
